RADO-Nepal has successfully piloted the total sanitation through community led total sanitation integrating with drinking water schemes and declared ODF in more than 50 communities. 13 VDCsof Makwanpur have been declared ODF two years back. At present Post-ODF facilitation is ongoing in 30 Wards of different VDC. RADO-Nepal has staffswith excellent experience in implementing the CLTS approach. Plan/RADO has facilitated in preparation of district sanitation strategy plan to declare Makwanpur district ODF by 2015. Also, at present the sanitation strategy plan of various VDCs (10) have been facilitated.
