Organizational Structure
RADO-Nepal is governed by a general assembly that formulates the policy and makes decisions on organizational issues from time to time. The executive committee elected by the general assembly is collectively responsible for management, administration, coordination and implementation of the organizational policies and decisions. It has an advisory board comprising senior development professionals who advise the executive body in the policy making in regular basis. It is members-based NGO and has 41 general members with 49% women, 32% Janajati and 12% Dalit representation. The executive committee is reformed in every 3 years by conducting election or by consensus.

The executive committee is comprised of nine members with 5 females. The committee is also represented by 2 Dalits and 4 Janajati.
Human Resource
RADO-Nepal has a strong team of highly competitive staffs with various academic background and experiences. The team is well balanced with gender, caste and ethnicity. Most importantly, most of the staff is local which has enabled us to work with sense of accountability.
RADO-Nepal has also advantage of qualified and experienced executive members and advisory board. They are responsible for regular supporting, supervision and monitoring of program and the staffs in a regular basis.
